In a show of professional solidarity and strategic legal engagement, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Nasarawa State, Barr. Isaac Danladi, has taken time out to meet with members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) branches from Lafia and Keffi at the ongoing 2025 Annual Conference of the NBA Section on Legal Practice (SLP).
The event, currently underway at the prestigious Crispan Hotel in Jos, Plateau State, features the opening ceremony of the conference, which is themed: “Innovating Legal Practice for a Sustainable Future.”
Barr. Danladi was accompanied by a team of legal professionals from the Nasarawa State Ministry of Justice, further demonstrating the state’s active participation in the national legal discourse.
The presence of these legal officers highlights Nasarawa’s dedication to continuous legal education and professional development.
During the engagement, the Attorney General emphasized the importance of collaboration between government legal institutions and the NBA, stressing that innovation and reform in legal practice must be driven by both policy and practitioners on the frontlines.
The conference, which brings together top legal minds from across the country, is expected to address contemporary issues affecting legal practice in Nigeria and explore ways to reposition the profession for the future.
