The Landlords Association, Tse-Adi Layout, Makurdi local government has appreciated the House of Representatives Member for Makurdi/Guma Federal Constituency, Mr Dickson Tarkighir, for donating a transformer to the community.
This is contained in a letter of appreciation jointly issued by its Chairman, Mr Maurice Pila and Secretary, Mr Tersoo Akor on Sunday in Makurdi.
They stated that Tse Adi community expressed gratitude to Tarkighir for providing them with a transformer, emphasizing that with the gesture their dream of acquiring a transformer had been actualized.
They further stated that they thought their dream of having a transformer in the community could never come through this soon.
"We thank you for taking us out of darkness. Thank you particularly for making us believe we are in the state capital.
"Thank you for remembering a people that had heen neglected by previous governments. We will remain indebted to you as a people.
"Henceforth, your project will become our project," they assured.
