The Emir of Uke HRH Alh. Dr. Ahmad Hassan Abdullahi, has congratulated Hon. Isaac Danladi Esq. on his recent appointment as the Nasarawa State Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources.
The royal father conveyed his felicitations during a visit to the commissioner’s office.
Speaking during the visit, Emir Hassan highlighted the significance of the appointment, noting that Hon. Danladi hails from his constituency and emphasizing their longstanding personal relationship.
He expressed appreciation to Governor Abdullahi Sule for appointing a son of the area to such a key position.
"I also want to use this visit to commend Governor Abdullahi Sule for this well-deserved appointment. I want to assure the people and the government of Nasarawa State that our son will not disappoint us," the Emir stated.
He further noted that the visit aimed to strengthen collaboration between the ministry and the Karu community, particularly in addressing security challenges affecting the area. He urged the commissioner to use his position to promote peace and unity.
In his response, Hon. Isaac Danladi Esq. expressed gratitude to the Emir for the visit and the royal blessings. He pledged to uphold the administration’s policies and work within the confines of the law to support Governor Abdullahi Sule’s vision for the state.
Hon. Isaac Danladi Esq. further assured the Emir and the people of the state that his tenure as Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources would focus on sustainable environmental policies and strategic interventions to address pressing challenges.
He emphasized his commitment to ensuring effective waste management, afforestation programs, and environmental protection initiatives that will improve the quality of life for residents across Nasarawa State.
He also acknowledged the security concerns raised by the royal father, promising to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement community-based environmental security measures.
