A socio-political group has lauded Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, for appointing Barrister Isaac Danladi Amadu as the Commissioner of Environment and Natural Resources.
In a statement signed by Chairman Abubakar Audu and Secretary Bitrus Emmanuel, the group described the appointment as a strategic move towards enhancing the state's environmental policies.
The statement highlighted Barr. Danladi's extensive experience and commitment to environmental sustainability, expressing confidence in his ability to implement impactful policies.
The group urged the new commissioner to prioritize issues such as waste management, pollution control, and conservation of natural resources to ensure a healthier environment for the residents of Nasarawa State.
Governor Sule had recently sworn in 15 new commissioners, including Barr. Isaac Danladi Amadu, assigning them various portfolios to advance the state's development agenda.
The group also called on the citizens to support Governor Sule's developmental strides, emphasizing that collective responsibility is key to achieving sustainable progress in the state.
