Former Minister, Prof. Ali Pantami, has extended heartfelt condolences to the teachers, parents, and the Zamfara State Government following the tragic loss of 17 students in a fire outbreak at an Almajiri Qur'an school in Kauran Namoda Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
In a message posted on his official Facebook page, Prof. Pantami expressed his deep sorrow over the incident. The fire, which occurred late last night and lasted for about three hours, claimed the lives of the students, while several others sustained injuries and are currently receiving medical treatment.
He prayed for Allah’s mercy upon the departed souls, a swift recovery for the injured, and divine protection against future tragedies.
