In a significant leadership transition at the Ministry of Environment, Danladi Isaac has officially assumed the role of Commissioner. His appointment was celebrated with a heartfelt ceremony where he was joined by his wife, friends, political associates, and key legislative figures. Among those in attendance were Hon. Aliyu Ibrahim Nana, the Member representing Umasha/Ugya, and Hon. Ibrahim Abdullahi Sa'ad, representing KEFFI West at the State House of Assembly.
During the ceremony, Hon. Sa'ad delivered a goodwill message in which he described Commissioner Isaac as a man of proven integrity. He urged ministry staff to rally behind the new commissioner and expressed strong support for the success of Governor Abdullahi Sule’s administration.
In his inaugural address, Commissioner Isaac outlined an ambitious agenda aimed at modernizing the ministry’s operations. His plans include the adoption of sustainable practices, streamlining internal processes, and prioritizing the welfare of the staff. His reform strategy arrives at a crucial time, as the ministry faces evolving environmental challenges and demands more efficient governance.
