Vice President of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima, has returned to the country following his impactful participation in the 2025 World Economic Forum (WEF) held in Davos, Switzerland.

During the forum, the Vice President presented Nigeria’s investment potential to a global audience, emphasized the importance of economic integration within Africa, and called for increased investment in the continent’s frontier markets. He also engaged in strategic discussions with world leaders and international organizations to strengthen Nigeria's partnerships and advance its economic interests.

The Vice President was accompanied by a delegation of senior government officials, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Yusuf Tuggar; the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun; the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole; and the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission, Aisha Rimi.
