The Accountant-General of Nasarawa State, Alhaji Dr. Musa Ahmed Mohammed, has been conferred with the prestigious traditional title of Santalman Lafia Baribare, meaning "Shining Star of the Emirate Council."
The turbaning ceremony was attended by His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Agbadu Akabe, Acting Governor of Nasarawa State, alongside other dignitaries.
The event, held at the palace of His Royal Highness, Justice Sidi Bage Mohammed (Rtd.), Emir of Lafia and Chairman of the Nasarawa State Traditional Council of Chiefs, featured the presentation of a well-decorated horse by the newly crowned Santalman to the Emir.
Prominent attendees included the Speaker and Members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, top government officials, former lawmakers, traditional rulers, and well-wishers from within and beyond the state.
