The Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, Hajia Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, hosted H.E. Pieter Leenknegt, the Belgian Ambassador to Nigeria, in a meeting focused on advancing gender equality and women's empowerment.
During the meeting, the Minister outlined her ambitious vision of empowering 10 million women to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's $1 trillion economic target under the Renewed Hope Agenda. She also highlighted plans to transition 1 million families to cleaner cooking methods, strengthen child protection measures, and advance family development programs.
