In a significant administrative shake-up, Governor Abdullahi Sule, Governor of Nasarawa State, has approved the dissolution of the State Executive Council, effective Friday, January 3, 2025. The directive also includes the termination of the appointment of the Secretary to the State Government.
According to a statement released, all outgoing commissioners are instructed to hand over the management of their respective ministries and any government property in their possession to the Permanent Secretaries of their ministries.
Similarly, the Secretary to the State Government is to transfer responsibilities to the Permanent Secretary in charge of Cabinet Affairs and Special Services.
Governor Sule expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing officials for their dedicated service to the government and the people of Nasarawa State.
He extended his best wishes to them in their future endeavors.
