Gov. Sule Inspects Solar and Security Street Lights at Nasarawa Assembly Complex, Speaker Pledges Support

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has inspected the newly installed solar-powered security street lights at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly complex in Lafia. 

The project is part of his administration's efforts to provide alternative power supply and create a conducive working environment for the legislative arm of government.

During the inspection, Governor Sule emphasized the need for the Assembly to take full ownership of the facilities and safeguard them against vandalism. 

He highlighted that the initiative, supported by the World Bank, aims to enhance power supply, security, and visibility within the premises.

The governor reaffirmed his administration's commitment to delivering infrastructure projects and initiatives that directly benefit the lives of the state's residents.

In his remarks, the Speaker of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. Danladi Jatau, expressed gratitude to Governor Sule for the installation of the solar and security street lights.

 He noted that the lights significantly improve visibility and navigation around the Assembly complex, while also boosting the efficiency of legislative operations.

The Speaker assured the Governor of continued cooperation and pledged to ensure the proper maintenance of the facilities to maximize their benefits for the Assembly.
