KOBA felicitates with Christians at Christmas, calls for sober reflection.

Nasarawa State Chapter of Keffi Old Boys Association KOBA has felicitated with the Christian communities on this year's Christmas celebration calling for reflection on the good attributes of Jesus Christ to build an egalitarian society for all.

A statement by Nasarawa State KOBA President Arch. Umar Shittu described the day as significant in the Christendom hence the need for sustaining peace and unity for development to thrive at all segments of the society.

While calling on believers to use the period for sober reflection and extend hands of friendship to the needy in the society Association wished all Christians a successful and rewarding celebration.

According to Shitu, who holds the traditional title of Gado Damasun Lafia, KOBA in Nasarawa State identified with the Christian brothers and sisters on the unique occasion and advocated the need for all citizens irrespective of religion or other affiliations to build on the existing peace, unity and understanding for meaningful development to be achieved in the State and the country at large.

Similarly, KOBA in the State has also felicitates with the State Number One Citizen, Governor Abdullahi Sule as he celebrates his 65th birthday.

The statement added that KOBA identified with the Governor and wished him more rewarding years ahead in the service to the State thus re-assuring him of the association's continued support and partnership to enable him delivered on his mandate.
