A biography honoring Justice Ahmed Ubangari (rtd), the former Chief Judge of Nasarawa State and the Aren Eggon, is scheduled for public presentation on December 30, 2024.
The book, titled Justice Ahmed Ubangari: His Lordship, His Majesty, Fulfilling Divine Destiny, A Biography, captures the life, achievements, and enduring legacy of the eminent jurist and traditional leader.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of the Central Planning Committee, DCG Sule Alu (rtd), and made available to journalists in Lafia, the event will take place at the Albert Event Centre in Nasarawa-Eggon Local Government Area.
Key Personalities Expected
Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State will be the Special Guest of Honour, while the Emir of Lafia and Chairman of the Traditional Council of Chiefs, Sidi Bage Muhammad, will serve as the Royal Father of the day.
The Andoma of Doma, Ahmad Aliyu Ogah Onawo, will chair the occasion.
Muhammad Ohitoto Hussein, the Public Relations Officer of the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency, is billed to review the book. Iliya Ibn Aliyu, the Chairman of Nasarawa Eggon Local Government, will act as the host.
Other distinguished guests expected include the Speaker and members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, members of the state executive council, serving and retired superior court judges, and traditional rulers from within and outside the state.

Speaking on the event, DCG Alu described it as a significant moment to celebrate Aren Eggon’s contributions to society.

The public presentation promises to be a joyous celebration of the remarkable life and legacy of Justice Ahmed Ubangari (rtd).
