The National Executive Committee (NEC), St Andrew's Old Boys Association (SAOBA) has congratulated Mr Barnabas Hemba, on his appointment as the fourth substantive Registrar of Benue State University (BSU), Makurdi.
This is contained in a statement issued by the association's National Publicity Secretary I, Mr Christopher Akaayar on Saturday in Makurdi.
This medium gathered that Hemba is an alumnus of St Andrew's Secondary School, Adikpo and he was of class 1986.
Akaayar said that the National President, Mr Philip Kwaghsor, expressed happiness over Hemba's appointment and stated that he had the required wealth of experience to pilot the affairs of his new office creditably.
"This appointment is a testament to Hemba's leadership prowess and dedication to excellence.
"We wish him divine protection, good health, and wisdom as he assumes this critical role.
