The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) marked a significant milestone with its celebrated NDE Day at the Lagos International Trade Fair, where Director General Silas Agara delivered an inspiring keynote address. Agara, supported by Folarin Martins, the Director of Inspectorate for NDE in Lagos, and other dedicated staff, underscored the Directorate’s ongoing commitment to promoting job creation and skill development.
The 2024 NDE Day stood out for its vibrant display of handmade productions, highlighting the ingenuity and craftsmanship of Nigerian artisans. These exhibitions showcased the innovative spirit prevalent within Nigeria's entrepreneurial landscape, demonstrating how the NDE is actively fostering industrial creativity on a global scale.
In his address, Agara expressed admiration for the fashion designs presented, acknowledging the boundless potential of young Nigerian entrepreneurs.
