In a statement signed by Barr. Muhammad Ubandoma Aliyu, Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State, it has been announced that Governor Abdullahi A. Sule will conduct the swearing-in ceremony for the newly elected local government council chairmen on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.
The event will be held at the Alhaji Aliyu Akwe Doma Banquet Hall, Government House, Lafia.
Dignitaries expected to attend include the Speaker and members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, the Chief Judge of Nasarawa State, the Grand Kadi of the Sharia Court of Appeal, the President of the Customary Court of Appeal, members of the State Executive and Security Councils, and prominent officials from both the government and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
All invited guests are requested to arrive and be seated by 8:00 a.m.
