Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Danladi Jatau has again called on Nigerians to intensify prayers for leaders at all levels to enable them succeed in the task of nation building.
This, the Nasarawa State Number Three Citizen advocated for love and togetherness among various religion, ethnic and political differences to build an egalitarian society for all.
He made the call at a convention followership and fund raising organized by ECWA DCC Keffi at Angwan Jarumai Keffi today Saturday.
The event brought together prominent personalities to include members of the National Assembly Hon. Jonathan Gaza, Hon.Jeremiah Umaru, the Esu Karu Pharm. Luka Paya Baba, General Jacob Angbazo, Hon. Solomon Akwashiki among others.
The Speaker of the State Assembly Rt. Hon. Danladi Jatau who emphasized on the significant of prayers called on Nigerians to continue to intensify prayers for leaders at all levels to enable them succeed on their mandates and task ahead of them.
Speaker Jatau underscored the significant of love and togetherness calling on citizen to love one another and keep the bond that bind them together irrespective of any differences to build an egalitarian society for all.
He called on participants at the event to donate jealously for the propagation of God's activities as he donates 2 million in support of the church building.
Other personalities who attended the event made their various donations in support of the fund raising for the project and emphasized the need for more unity and understanding among Nigerians.
The chairman of the church council Rev. Jacob Oboshi Egba thanked all those who took their times despite their schedules to attend the event which he said was aimed at raising funds for the church building and facing of the church land emphasizing the need for people to always support in the propagation of God's activities.
