The Immediate Past Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has called for enhance synergy among FG agencies and stakeholders to achieve President Tinubu's renewed hope agenda in the education sector of the country.
Balarabe Abdullahi who is the Chairman, Governing Council Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, Yobe, State made the call when he led council members on a familiarization visit to the Co-ordinating Office of the North East Development Commission NEDC in Damaturu, Yobe State and the office of NSCDC.
The Former Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi who is the Chairman Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, Yobe State said that the visit to the Co-ordinating Office of North East Development Commission was aimed at promoting partnership toward providing safety, good learning environment and attract development for the Polytechnic.
The former Speaker also called on all stakeholders in the country and relevant federal government agencies to enhance mutual partnerships to achieve President Tinubu's vision and mission of taking Nigeria to the next level of development.
Balarabe Abdullahi who hold the traditional title of Walin Opanda said governance and sustainable development is not a one man show or business hence the need for everyone in his own level to support the President achieve his development blue print for the country.
While noting that Nigerians especially leaders must brace up and do the needful for championing the implementation of federal government policies and programs in their respective jurisdictions called on citizens to intensify prayers and support for government at all levels to succeed.
" I am here on a familiarization visit as it will go a long way in enhancing our relationship and bring speedy development to the country.
" Let's continue to work in synergy to enhance His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Renewed Hope Agenda.
" This is to ensure speedy development in the country" Balarabe said.
The Governing Council Chairman solicited for the prayers and support of all Nigerians to enable the President succeed.
" This is to also enable His Excellency to continue to provide infrastructure and other dividends of democracy to states.
Balarabe assured of his determination to bring his wealth of experience to bear for the growth of the Polytechnic.
He acknowledged the critical role of North East Development Commission in infrastructure and other social services hence the need for his visit to the commission to sick for support and other intervention to the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu.
Balarabe Abdullahi was also at the Damaturu office of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps NSCDC for discussion on haw to enhance security of the Polytechnic to granted more conducive learning environment for students and staff of the institution.
Besides, he commended the efforts of the NSCDC in promoting peace and security in the Polytechnic in particular and the state at large.
Responding, the Commandant of the Corp, Sanda Baba Grema represented by the Deputy Commandant of the Corp Ahmed Tijjani Jume, assured of their commitment to providing security in the institution.
