The Defence headquarters has pledge to give more to Depot, Nigerian Army Zaria to serve the serve in the area security
The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa Gwabin said while addressing the gathering at the grand occasion of centenary celebration and Passing Out Parade of 87 Regular Recruit Intake of the Institution as Special Guest of Honour and Review Officer on Saturday.
He said the School had to continued to Serve Nigerians in the area of Security aspect through producing able bodied and professional soldiers.
"Like I said we will continue to Depot so that we finetune and bring more professional soldiers that will continue to Serve this great country.
"We are bringing more troops to add up to security aspect of the country but the none the less we cannot do it alone, we need all Nigerians to come together to support the Armed Forces, support the Army, Air force and Navy as well as other security agencies.
"If you see something that is wrong don't hesitate to report an action will taken immediately." He said
On abuse of Social media activities, the CDS warned against showing military operations or exposing it's Personnels on social media, adding that the Defence headquarters had came up with measure to regulate it "All members of the Armed Forces must abide by it." We warned
Our Correspondent reports that no fewer than 5867 Recruits passed out as young Soldiers, addressing them he said the Oath of allegiance administered on them was not mere words it defined the of the Uniform they weared
"You are now entrusted with duty of defending our beloved Country, it is a fact that our Nation is face with serious security challenges, none the less the Defence headquarters has achieved great feat in tackling this security threat.
"I'm optimistic that these changes will soon come to an end as we continue to work better ways of protecting our Country.*Gen Musa said
The CDS charged the young Soldiers to respect constituted Authorities at all cost.
