The Executive Chairman Toto LGA Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Tashas has officially handed over the affairs of the council to the Acting Director of Personnel Management of the Area Mallama Maryam Bako.
The ceremony which took place today Monday at Toto LG Secretariat followed the expiration of the three years tenure of the Chairman Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Tashas.
While addressing the people, he outlined various life impactful projects he executed in the area noting that he is fulfilled and is not living the council as he meet it in the last three years.
Hon. Abdullahi Tashas commended the staff of the council and the entire people of the area for the support and understanding they gave him in the last three years and urged them to extend same to whoever succeeds him.
Various speakers at the handing over ceremony all gave good testimonies of the outgoing Chairman Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Tashas stressing that he will be missed greatly just as they wished him well in his future endeavors.
Highlights at the ceremony was official handing over of documents from the outgoing Chairman of the council Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Tashas to the Acting Director of Personal Management DPM Mallama Maryam Bako.
