The Director General of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), Silas Agara, delivered a high-level lecture on Monday, August 26th, 2024, at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Kuru, Plateau State.
The lecture was presented to participants of the Senior Executive Course No. 46 for the year 2024.
In his presentation, titled "Policy, Legal, and Institutional Framework for Sustainable Job Creation in Nigeria," the newly appointed NDE DG provided insightful solutions to tackle the unemployment crisis in the country.
Agara highlighted the practical steps his agency is implementing to create sustainable jobs, aiming to address the ongoing challenges in Nigeria's labor market.
