From Suleiman Abubakar
The Nasarawa State, Deputy Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Agbadu Akabe, recently inspected several key infrastructure projects in Doma, including roads and valley areas.
Among the inspected projects is a 1.2 km road opposite his residence, which will connect to the newly awarded Modern Market in Doma and the Model Clinic.
"This project also includes the Timber Shed Street.
The inspection also covered the ongoing construction of the five-kilometer Buruburu Road, managed by the Nasarawa State Government under the N-CARE Project. Other streets inspected include Taimoko Street, Alarama Street, Science Demonstration Street, and Power House Station, which links Buruburu Road with other critical areas.
In addition to road infrastructure, Doma Local Government is set to benefit from the establishment of a Gas Filling Station by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), further enhancing local amenities.
Dr. Akabe's inspection highlights the continuous efforts of the state government, under the leadership of Governor Abdullahi Sule, to provide substantial infrastructure improvements and the dividends of democracy to the residents of Doma.
More developments are expected as the government continues its focus on infrastructural growth and community development.
