The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of two Chinese mining firms in Nigeria, Diamond New Energy Company Limited and Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited Nigeria, Xiong Jing has lauded Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State for his efforts at transforming the state.
In a press statement he signed and issued to newsmen in Lafia the Nasarawa state capital, Mr. Xiong Jing felicitated with governor Sule on the occasion of the first anniversary of his second term in office which according to him, marks a turning point in the history of the state and Nigeria in general.
The statement affirmed that the governor's second term in office as the fourth democratically elected governor of the state is a consolidation of the successes recorded in his first tenure which has seen significant transformation of various sectors of the economy as currently being witnessed under his able leadership.
Mr Jing further asserted that worthy of note is the governor's commendable effort at attracting investment to Nasarawa state which he described as a friendly and peaceful state, saying his concrete drive towards industrialisation has made his administration the envy of all.
While noting that Governor Abdullahi Sule has shown dexterity and exhibited sterling leadership skills over the years, the Chinese Investor assured of his companies' profound support and solidarity to his esteemed leadership, just as he pledged to work with the government to build an economically viable and prosperous state for the benefit of all citizens.
He appreciated the governor for the confidence he reposed in his companies to do business in the state, reiterating that their continuous collaboration will further boost the current administration's industrialisation policy as they look forward to harnessing other economic potentials of the state for its overall development.
