Ramadan Palliatives: Monarch Commends Bauçhi Govt For Distribu

The District Head of Lame and Sarkin Yakin Bauchi, Alhaji Aliyu Yakubu Lame, has commended the state government under the leadership of Senator Bala Abdulkadir Muhammà d Kauran Bauchi for the distribution of food assistance to the people of the state during the just concluded Ramadan fast.
He described the assistance as timely, considering the hardship faced due to inflation and rising cost of food items in the country.
The Sarkin Yakin Bauchi, Alhaji Aliyu Yakubu Lame, made the commendation in an interview he granted Rimawaglobal news after the Eid-el-fitr celebration in his palace Lame.
Aliyu Sarkin Yakin Bauchi noted that the food assistance helped in bringing down the price of food items in the state, while making food available to less privileged persons, saying the interventions through the distribution of parliatives, support to the poor and the needy which ease the sufferings of the people during ramadan fasting and Sallah celebrations.
He said the gesture demonstrated the sympathy which Governor Bala Muhammà d has for the people of the state which is in line with his campaign promise of catering for the welfare of his people.
The Monarch urged the people of Bauchi State to pray for Governor Muhammà d to succeed in fulfilling his campaign promises.
He equarly expressed gratitude to some philantropist in the state like Alhaji Bala Wunti, former Bauchi State Governor Ahmadu Adamu Mu'azu Walin Bauchi, Bauchi South Senator, Shehu Buba Umar and other well meaning citizens that support Bauchi people during Ramadan and Sallah celebrations and pray to Allah to reward them abundantly.
He lauds Bauchi Governor for ongoing accelerated developmental projects in lame district ,Toro local Government Area as well as other parts of the State.
He said that people in lame district in particular have witnessed rapid development in the area particularly roads constructions
He said they were suprised and overwhelmed with the construction of road from Magama Gumau Rishi up to Rahama a boarder town with Kaduna State and on going gigantic road construction that defy previous administration in the state from Gerjule up to Lame town and another road to Tama town, apart from Hospitals, Schools built in the area.
The traditional ruler expressed gratitude to the Governor for upgrading and rebuilding the palaces of the emirs and districts heads and his various .
Alhaji Aliyu also expressed optimism that the Governor was playing a role that is critical to rapid growth of the state adding that he deserves a huge praise for focusing on the development of the 20 local government Areas of the state.
He called on the people in the area to always embrace peace, saying that no community or country could develop in the atmosphere of rancor and acrimony, and advised every Nigerian to at all times deem it fit to contribute his or her quota towards the progress of the community or nation, and urged the youth to desist from drug abuse, crime and criminality, and to exhibiting good morals behavior.
Sarkin Yaki said the youth should be responsible for their actions, so that they will become the leaders of the country tomorrow
