In a spirit of this year's sallah celebration, Nasarawa state Government has felicitate with the entire Muslim community in the state for celebrating this year's Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
This is contained in a sallah message by the Acting Governor of the Doctor Emmanuel Akabe signed on behalf of Governor Abdullahi sule and issued to journalists today in Lafia.
The statement also charged the Muslim ummah to remain steadfast in applying the virtues of the Ramadan by sustaining supplication, piousness exemplary communing with each other,Governor Abdullahi sule also advised Muslims community to continue to indulge in prayers for the peace, security and economic prosperity of the state and the country in general.
The statement however called on the people of the state to support the economic policy of the federal government under the leadership of president Bola Tinubu geared towards the restoration of the economy back to its glory.
Engr.Sule tasked Nigerian particularly Muslims to fervently pray for leaders at all levels to govern with the fear of Allah by epitomizing the virtues of justice, humanity and service for the good of humanity.
The statement urged people of the state to come together irrespective of tribal,region, religion and any other ethnic differences, advising them to continue to accommodate each other's beliefs and values in order to sustain peace,harmony,socio-cultural and economic prosperity.
