In an endeavor to fortify effective governance, the Chairman of Doma Local Government Council, Arc Ahmed Sarkin Usman, has submitted the names of supervisory councillors to the legislative body.
In a letter dated March 14, 2024, addressed to the council Speaker and signed by the Secretary of the Council, Usman Ibrahim Isa, it stated.
"I humbly write to request the confirmation by the legislative arm of the following individuals as supervisory councillors: Hon. Usman Tanko Liman (Shehu), Bugaiya Mohammed, and Friday Timothy.
" This submission is tendered for your kind consideration, with the aim of enhancing service delivery and advancing the interests of our esteemed party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Doma LGC.
