In response to circulating rumors regarding bandit activity within Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero, university authorities have officially debunked these claims.
Following thorough investigations and reliable information gathered, the university has confirmed that there is no basis to the alleged threats.
This was contained in a statement signed by the insituation Public Relations Mustapha Mansur Ango, reassured the university community, comprising staff and students, urging them to remain calm and carry on with their regular activities.
The management, in collaboration with security personnel, has heightened vigilance to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on campus.
Ango emphasized that there is no substantiated evidence supporting the rumored incursion of bandits into the university premises.
The administration remains committed to providing a secure environment conducive to learning and productivity.
