Your Royal Highness, Alhaji Usman Jibril CON, the respected12th Emir of Nasarawa State, we celebrate you as you attain five years on the Royal Throne of Nasarawa Emirate Council and commemorate 66 years of an exemplary life well lived.
Your Highness, you have served Nigeria at the highest echelon of governance as Honorable Minister of Environment in the Federal Executive Council and you have dutifully played a pivotal in development of the FCT Abuja masterplan and the establishment of our world class NAGIS: Nasarawa Geographic Information Service.
Indeed, and without doubt, Nasarawa State is proud of your professional antecedents as an astute administrator, a land reform specialist, and a brilliant instructor in Map Reading.
As the great grandson of Sarki Umaru Maje Haji and a direct descendant of Umaru Makama Dogo who founded the Nasarawa Emirate, you are worthy of praise for your patriotism, brilliance and unassuming dignified persona as well as your compassion and sense of equity, personal integrity and exemplary inclusive leadership since you were chosen as Emir of Nasarawa in Nasarawa Local Government Area on 7th December 2018.
On behalf of the good people of Nasarawa State, I pray that Allah SWT will continue to imbue you with wisdom and grant you fullness of health to protect our cherished customs and traditions and discharge the heavy responsibility which befalls you in your exalted position as Emir of Nassarawa, and congratulate you on 5 years anniversary on the throne and your 66th birthday as you formally open the New Central Mosque in Nasarawa Local Government Area.
