The Director General of Nasarawa State Market Bureau, Prince Yakubu Ahmed Ubangari, has called on the people of the state to embrace peace, unity, love, and togetherness for physical development to take its course.
He stated this during an interview with some journalists in his office in Lafia.
Prince Ubangari, who described Governor Abdullahi Sule's victory at the Supreme Court as democracy in action, said,
"The Supreme Court judgment in favor of our candidate is an affirmation of the people's mandate during the March 18, 2023, governorship election in the state.
The D-G called on citizens of Nasarawa state to rally around Governor Abdullahi Sule, irrespective of political lines, for more development.
He emphasized that litigation is over. "I want to call on those that the judgment was not in their favor to join hands with Governor Sule to work for progress and development of the state."
Prince Ubangari further explained that Sule is not the governor of All Progressive Congress (APC) alone but for the entire state.
